Hours of Operation: Varies Business Hours 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Affiliation: County Government Funding: Federal, State and Local Description of Organization/Services Provided: Blanchard Valley School Early Intervention – Educational and support services, including therapy, and nursing services for infants and toddlers age 0 – 3 Preschool – Educational and support services, including therapy, and nursing services for children age 3 – 5 School Age – Educational and support services, including therapy and nursing services, for children age 6 – 21 Blanchard Valley Industries Sheltered Employment – Vocational training and work for adults provided five days per week. This includes Kan Du Art Studio. Block Scheduled Day Habilitation Services – activities provided during the day and chosen by the individual to build skills and offer new experiences. Enclaves and Community Employment - Individuals work at jobs in the community. BVI provides job development and training. Blanchard Valley Residential Services Residential Services – Direct care, nursing services, dietary services, habilitation services, e.g. social work, recreation, etc. are provided to adults. Adults may participate in day services and receive transportation services through waiver funding. Service and Support Administration SSA Services - Case Management services provided to children and adults and their families. Waiver and Supported Living Services Direct care residential services are provided by private providers to children and adults; day habilitation and transportation services are provided to adults who are enrolled on a Medicaid waiver. Transportation Services – Individuals are transported to BVC or community settings in buses or vans. Administration – Human Resources, Fiscal, Information Technology, Maintenance, and Administration Services are provided to all departments.
